Maintenance and inspection of AC contactor

Operation inspection items for AC contactor
1 check whether the maximum load current exceeds the load value of the contactor.
2 check whether the temperature rise of the contactor coil is less than 65 degrees.
3 monitor contactor has no acoustic and electromagnetic system with and without excessive noise and overheating.
4 check the contact system and connection point has no overheating and burning phenomenon.
5 check out the arc cover is complete, if damage should be replaced after re operation.
6. Maintenance contact system, with fine contusion or fine sandpaper polishing contact surface, keep the original state of contact, adjust the contact surface and the contact pressure, to keep the three-phase contact at the same time, the contact burning serious should be replaced.
7 check the internal accessories of the arc cover, and clean the smoke marks and other impurities.
8 check the insulation of linkage mechanism, and check whether there is deformation, displacement and loose phenomenon.
9. Check core pull of the contact surface is smooth, whether there is uneven or oil pollution situation, short circuit ring whether fracture or excessive oxidation and slippage, attraction is good, after disconnection, whether to go back to the normal position.
10 AC contactor’s cleaning and the surrounding environment inspection.
11 the signal indicating whether the AC contactor is in line with the state of the circuit.
12 electromagnetic coils without overheating, short circuit ring on an electromagnet without prolapse and damage phenomenon.
13 auxiliary contact with non erosion phenomenon.
14 core pull is good, there is no more noise, after disconnection can return to normal position.
15 around the environment is not changed, there are no exception to the normal operation of the factors, such as excessive vibration, ventilation, electrical dust, etc..
